Finance & Insurance
Financial Information
We believe in keeping care simple, transparent, and supportive for every family. Below is a clear breakdown of costs associated with your child’s frenectomy treatment.
Payment in full is required at the time of the procedure. Please click here for payment options at our office.
Initial Consultation – $150
If your child proceeds with treatment, this fee will be applied toward the total cost of care.
Your consultation also includes educational and therapeutic resources to help you feel prepared and confident, including guidance on what to expect before and after treatment.
Frenectomy Procedure – $500
This fee includes most aspects of clinical care needed to complete the procedure safely and comfortably, such as topical anesthetic, local anesthesia if needed, and passive stabilization.
The frenectomy fee is the same regardless of the number of areas treated, including tongue, lip, and/or cheek ties.
Nitrous Oxide – $105
Nitrous oxide may be recommended for behavior support, typically for children age 3 and older who are able to sit independently.
Follow-Up Visits
Your child’s 1-week and 2-week post-operative visits are included in the treatment fee. Any additional follow-up visits, if needed, are $150 per visit.
Insurance Information
We are an out-of-network provider and do not directly participate with insurance plans, including both dental and medical.
Payment is required at the time of treatment. However, we are happy to assist with submitting claims to your dental insurance and will provide all necessary medical codes and documentation for potential reimbursement.
Any insurance reimbursement is sent directly to the subscriber by the insurance company.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to treatment so you understand your benefits and can let our team know how you would like claims handled at your visit.
