That’s why we offer an in-office Membership Plan designed specifically for our families who don’t have dental insurance. Please note that this plan cannot be combined with dental insurance.

For one low annual fee, your child receives:
- 2 Professional Cleanings
- 2 Comprehensive Exams
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- Routine X-rays (as needed)
- 1 Emergency or Problem-Focused Exam
- Oral Health & Nutrition Guidance
- 15% Discount on All Additional Treatment (fillings, extractions, nitrous oxide, etc.)
Annual Membership Pricing
Additional siblings receive 10% off their annual fee

Membership Plan Guidelines
- Coverage begins when a completed and signed contract is received along with full payment.
- Membership is valid for one full year (365 days) for each individual child, starting from the date of receipt.
- The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Patients with active dental insurance are not eligible for this plan.
- Failure to keep a scheduled cleaning appointment without providing at least 48 business hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that cleaning. The rescheduled cleaning will be subject to the standard non-member fee.
- This membership plan is exclusive to Columbus Pediatric Dentistry and does not apply to any other dental offices or referred specialists.
- Discounts provided through the membership plan do not apply to services involving general anesthesia.
